OVERSENSE gewinnen die zweite Etappe ihrer Startnext-Kampagne für die Veröffentlichung ihres zweiten Albums

OVERSENSE erreichen das zweite Funding-Ziel ihrer Crowdfunding-Kampagne zum kommenden Melodic Metal Album

Wow, sowohl OVERSENSE als auch wir als Management sind überwältigt von der hammermäßigen Unterstützung ihrer Fans bei ihrer Crowdfunding-Kampagne für den Release ihres neuen Melodic Metal Albums! OVERSENSE ist derzeit eine der vielversprechendsten Hoffnungsträger, die der europäische Melodic Metal Zirkus zu bieten hat, und gehört nicht erst seit der mehrwöchigen Tour mit Metal Queen Doro Pesch zu den heißesten Acts der letzten Jahre. Inmitten ihrer Releaseplanung für ihr zweites Album hat die deutsche Band, um den charismatischen Frontmann Danny Meyer, YouTube-Stargitarristin Jasmin ‘Jassy J.’ Pabst, Bassist Marco Volpert und Schlagzeuger Patrick Lippert, Anfang Dezember eine Crowdfunding-Kampagne bei Startnext lanciert, um in diesen so extrem schwierigen Zeiten ihr Album und die dazugehörigen nicht unerheblichen Kosten selbst zu finanzieren. Dank dem Support ihrer zahlreichen Fans haben die Musiker binnen weniger Wochen das erste Ziel erfolgreich geschafft und nun keine zwei Wochen vor Ende der Kampagne haben sie bereits das zweite Funding-Ziel von 15.000 € erreicht. Somit kann die Band in die CD-Pressung, das Artwork sowie in Vertrieb, Promotion und Marketing finanzieren als auch hochwertige Musikvideos und cooles Merchandise produzieren. Zur Aufheiterung ihrer Fans nach der ersten Absage der Konzerte im vergangenen Sommer nutzen OVERSENSE den ersten Lockdown, um einen Song ihrer Debüt-EP „Dreamcatcher“ aufzufrischen und veröffentlichten ihre Single „White Wolf“ (Quarantine Version) über Dr. Music Records. Ging es in der 2014er Version noch um die Game-Reihe „The Witcher“, so behandeln die Lyrics nun die gleichnamige aktuelle Netflix-Serie. Aufgenommen, gemischt und gemastert von Frontmann Danny Meyer in seinen Sunway Studios, entfaltet der Song eine frische Power, die sich gelungen vom Original abhebt. Die Geschichte von OVERSENSE beginnt 2012, als Danny Meyer und Patrick Lippert zusammen erste Songs aufnehmen und den Kontakt zu Olaf Reitmeier vom Gate Studio knüpfen. In den Folgejahren entsteht die EP „Dreamcatcher“, gefolgt von dem 2017 über Dr. Music Records erschienenen Debütalbum „The Storyteller“ mit dem die damalige Besetzung hervorragende internationale Kritiken einsammelt. Im folgenden Winter wird Jassy J., die mit ihrem YouTube-Kanal JJ’s One Girl Band inzwischen mehr als 231.000 Fans in aller Welt begeistert, als festes Bandmitglied bestätigt. Nach der Tour mit Doro im Winter 2018 beginnen die ersten Vorbereitungen für das zweite Album, das Danny Meyer zusammen mit Miro Rodenberg und Olaf Reitmeier vom Gate Studio (Avantasia, Kamelot, Epica) produziert, die auch schon beim Debütalbum „The Storyteller“ an den Reglern saßen. OVERSENSE kreieren einen einzigartigen Sound in Form von fetten Headbanger-Riffs über filigrane Soli bis hin zu Modern Melodic Metal Hymnen mit dem Potenzial für einen gehörigen Impact in der internationalen Metal Szene zu sorgen. OVERSENSE reach the second funding goal of their crowdfunding campaign for their upcoming Melodic Metal album

Wow, both OVERSENSE and we as management are overwhelmed by the impressive support of their fans for their crowdfunding campaign for the release of their new Melodic Metal album! OVERSENSE is currently one of the most promising hopefuls the European Melodic Metal circus has to offer and belongs to one of the hottest acts of the last years, not only since a several weeks’ tour with Metal Queen Doro Pesch. Amidst their release planning for their sophomore album, the German band around the charismatic frontman Danny Meyer, YouTube star guitarist Jasmin ‘Jassy J.’ Pabst, bass player Marco Volpert and drummer Patrick Lippert launched a crowdfunding campaign at Startnext in early December to self-finance their album and the not inconsiderable costs in these tough times. Thanks to the support of their numerous fans, the musicians successfully reached the first goal within a few weeks and now less than two weeks before the end of the campaign, they have already reached the second funding goal of 15.000 €. Thus, the band can finance the CD pressing, artwork, as well as distribution, promotion and marketing, but also produce high-quality music videos and cool merchandise. OVERSENSE are eternally grateful to all supporters for the immense as well as fast support and are more than happy about the great success of their Startnext campaign, because this is a first ray of hope for the badly battered band, whose UK tour with the Italians of Secret Rule already had to be postponed twice due to the pandemic and who, like so many other musicians, also had to cancel many more gigs in the last few months and thus lost revenues. To cheer up their fans after the first cancellation of shows last summer OVERSENSE used the lockdown to refresh one song of their debut EP “Dreamcatcher” and released their single „White Wolf“ (Quarantine Version) via Dr. Music Records. After the tour with Doro in winter 2018, the first preparations for the second album start, which Danny Meyer is producing together with Miro Rodenberg and Olaf Reitmeier from Gate Studio (Avantasia, Kamelot, Epica), who were also twisting the knobs on the debut album “The Storyteller”. OVERSENSE create a unique sound in the form of fat headbanger riffs, filigree solos and modern Melodic Metal anthems with the potential to make a huge impact on the international Metal scene.
