HENRIETTE kündigt für Valentinstag ihre EP an und veröffentlicht heute mit leidenschaftlicher Waghalsigkeit ihre neue Country Pop Single „Crash Like This“ samt Musikvideo

Wenn man sich verliebt, besteht die Welt aus Gegensätzen. Es wird einem kalt und heiß, die Welt dreht sich langsam und rasant zugleich, das Zeitgefühl geht verloren, während man in Slow-Motion durch die Galaxis rast. In diesem Moment ziehen viele die Reißleine und kehren zurück zur Realität. Doch ist es nicht viel besser, sich dem einfach hinzugeben, die Kontrolle zu verlieren, loszulassen, aufs Gas zu treten und mit 100 % Hingabe zu crashen? Genau dazu lädt HENRIETTE in ihrer neuen Single „Crash Like This“ mit leidenschaftlicher Waghalsigkeit ein. Mit der dritten Single, aus ihrer am 14.02.2020 über Dr. Music Records erscheinenden EP, zeigt HENRIETTE nun nach dem erfolgreichen, charmanten Indian Summer Ohrwurm „Dream Boy“ (https://youtu.be/OJWNXFAlnA0) und dem melancholischen „Lighthouse“ (https://youtu.be/02a_oSKmgRc) ihre lebhafte Seite. Gemeinsam mit den beiden Produzenten Jay Tooke, Schlagzeuger der legendären Band The Steel Woods, und James Robertson, der u. a. als Gitarrist für Lindi Ortega oder Dragonette bekannt ist, produzierte HENRIETTE die fünf Tracks ihrer EP in Nashville. Pur, echt, simpel, ohne Filter, so versteht sich HENRIETTE. Einen Künstlernamen legt sie sich nicht zu, da sie von Herz zu Herz singt und einfach nur sie selbst sein möchte. Aufgewachsen in einer kleinen Stadt im urwilden Westen Deutschlands wurde ihr die Musik praktisch mit der Muttermilch eingeflößt. Gemeinsam mit ihrem Vater steht sie schon im Grundschulalter auf der Bühne, singt und tanzt, spielt Klavier. In dieser Zeit kommt sie auch zum ersten Mal mit amerikanischer Musik in Berührung, die sie liebevoll packt und nicht mehr loslässt. Mit 19 zieht sie nach Leipzig, um dort an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Popularmusik mit dem Schwerpunkt Jazz/Musical zu studieren. Nach ein paar Theaterrollen bei großen Produktionen und Musicals zieht es sie jedoch zurück zu ihren Wurzeln. HENRIETTE schreibt wieder mehr, arbeitet mit dem Berliner Gitarristen Jo Gehlmann zusammen und wird als Country- und Folksängerin im legendären Wintergarten Varieté in Berlin engagiert. Dann im Herbst 2018 folgt sie ihrem inneren Kompass und macht sich auf den Weg in das Mekka der Country Musik, nach Nashville. Sie schreibt Songs, tritt auf, nimmt Gesangsstunden, knüpft Kontakte. Dann kommt der Feenstaub ins Spiel und die bereits genannten Produzenten finden Gefallen an der jungen Sängerin. Zurück in Deutschland hat sie jede Menge Geschichten und ihre Debüt-EP im Gepäck. Klingt nach einem Märchen, fühlt sich auch so an.

HENRIETTE ist es in kürzester Zeit gelungen mit ihrem fröhlichen, ehrlichen Wesen und vor allem ihrer großartigen Stimme auf sich aufmerksam zu machen und nicht nur in der Country Szene für einen frischen Wind zu sorgen sowie neue Fans zu gewinnen. HENRIETTE announces her EP for Valentine’s Day and releases today with passionate audacity her new Country Pop single “Crash Like This” along with its music video

When falling in love, the world consists of opposites. Feeling cold and hot, the world is spinning slowly and fast at the same time, the sense of time is lost while racing through the galaxy in slow motion. At this moment many slam on the brakes and get back to reality. But isn’t it much better to simply devote to it, lose control, let go, step on the gas and crash with 100 % abandon? This is exactly what HENRIETTE invites to in her new single “Crash Like This” with passionate audacity. With the third single taken from her EP, to be released on February 14th, 2020, via Dr. Music Records, HENRIETTE now shows her feisty side after the successful, charming Indian Summer catchy tune “Dream Boy” (https://youtu.be/OJWNXFAlnA0) and the melancholic “Lighthouse” (https://youtu.be/02a_oSKmgRc). Pure, real, simple, without filter, that’s how HENRIETTE considers herself. She doesn’t use an artist’s name because she sings from heart to heart and just wants to be herself. Growing up in a small town in the wild west of Germany, she was practically instilled with music through her mother’s milk. Together with her father, she has been on stage since primary school age, singing and dancing, playing the piano. During this time, she also comes in touch with American music for the first time, which lovingly enthralls her and never lets her go. At the age of 19, she moved to Leipzig to study popular music with a focus on Jazz/Musical at the University of Music and Theatre. After a few theatre roles in major productions and musicals, however, she’s going back to her roots. HENRIETTE writes more again, collaborates with the Berlin guitarist Jo Gehlmann and is hired as a Country and Folk vocalist at the legendary Wintergarten Varieté in Berlin. Then, in autumn 2018, she follows her inner compass and sets off for the Mecca of Country Music, Nashville. She begins writing songs, performs, takes voice lessons, establishes contacts. Then, the fairy dust comes into play and the already mentioned producers become fond of the young singer. Back in Germany, she has lots of stories and her debut EP under her belt. Sounds like a fairy tale also feels like one.

HENRIETTE managed to attract attention in a pretty short time with her cheerful, honest character and especially her great voice and not only to breathe new life into the Country scene as well as to gain new fans. Those can now also look forward to the following concerts presented by Wizard Promotions as support for US Singer-Songwriter John Craigie at the beginning of February or to HENRIETTE’s gig at the 10th International Country Music Meeting in Berlin:
