Heute, am 08.12.2023, zelebriert der deutsche Musiker und Multiinstrumentalist Johannes Rösgen, alias JOHNROSE die Veröffentlichung seines neuen Longplayers „The Prophet’s Dance“ über Dr. Music Records und lässt die Mystik der Rheinromantik in neuem Glanz erstrahlen. Johannes Rösgen begann seine musikalische Laufbahn Mitte der 1970er-Jahre in der Schülerband Flashbolt und verdiente sich erste Sporen als Gitarrist der Progressive Rocker Athis. Außerdem war er drei Jahre lang der Frontmann von Giant For A Day und eröffnete für Legenden wie Manfred Mann’s Earth Band und Alan Parsons. Seit 2015 tritt er hauptsächlich als JOHNROSE in Erscheinung und veröffentlichte die Doppel-CD „Ride The Raven“ basierend auf den Tapes aus seiner Zeit bei Athis Anfang der 80er-Jahre sowie anschließend die Alben „Behind The Gates“, „The Key“ und zuletzt „Wings“, die von der Musikpresse positiv aufgenommen wurden. Today, on 12/08/2023, the German musician and multi-instrumentalist Johannes Rösgen, alias JOHNROSE, celebrates the release of his new full-length “The Prophet’s Dance” via Dr. Music Records and lets the mysticism of Rhine romanticism shine in new splendor.
