Wir freuen uns zusammen mit Frontiers Music Srl das zweite VISIONATICA Album „Enigma Fire“ für den 12.07.2019 anzukündigen. Heute veröffentlicht die Band ihre erste Single „The Pharaoh“ samt Musikvideo aus dem Album. Der Song setzt sich mit den Geheimnissen der Prä-Astronautik in Bezug auf altägyptische Relikte auseinander sowie dem Rätsel um die Entstehung des Lebens. Den spannend inszenierten neuen Videoclip hat die Band um Tamara Amedov, Gitarrist Manuel Buhl, Bassist Tim Zahn und Drummer Gerhard Spanner mit dem Team bestehend aus Johannes Zenk, Sebastian Herbst und Dominik Lang (Equilibrium, Nothgard) gedreht, die bereits bei den erfolgreichen Videos zu „She Wolf“ und „Certainty Of Benevolence“ beteiligt waren. Die actionreiche Story handelt von einem mystischen altägyptischen Artefakt, das einen Wissenschaftler mental beeinflusst und ihn zum Diebstahl animiert. Angeführt von ihrer singenden Wölfin Tamara Amedov machten sich VISIONATICA 2016 auf in die erste Liga des Symphonic Metals. Mit ihrem grandiosen und glasklaren Sopran-Gesang, verbunden mit den kraftvollen Grooves, melodischen Gitarren sowie beeindruckenden Orchester-Elementen ihrer Mitstreiter, wirbelte dieses musikalische Rudel mit dem Debüt „Force Of Luna“ gehörig Staub in der Szene auf und feierte erste Erfolge. Beim zweiten Album überlassen sie nichts dem Zufall und Tamara Amedov und ihre Band setzen ihre klare musikalische Vision zielstrebig fort. Zusammen mit ihrem eingespielten Team bestehend aus Timon Seidl, in dessen Red Audio Studio die Aufnahmen stattfanden, und Olaf Reitmeier (Avantasia, Kamelot, Oversense) vom Gate Studio, der wieder für den Mix und das Mastering zuständig war, belegt das neue Album, dass VISIONATICA sich nicht auf den ersten Lorbeeren ausruhen. Bombastische Orchester-Arrangements sorgen mit gewohnt harten Gitarren in Kombination mit neuen orientalischen Elementen und Balkaneinflüssen für Abwechslung während der neun Songs. Frontlady Tamara gibt ihre Eindrücke zum Entstehungsprozess von „Enigma Fire“ wieder: «Wir hatten ein klares Ziel vor Augen und wollten dem neuen Album Leben einhauchen. Es hat mehr Feuer und die Einflüsse des orientalischen Balkans vervollkommen es. Wir alle in der Band haben seit unserem Debüt viel gelernt und unser musikalisches Können erheblich weiterentwickelt. Bei „Enigma Fire“ sind die Texte nicht nur anspruchsvoller, sondern auch anders ausgerichtet als beim Debüt. Mit „Roxana The Great“ setzen VISIONATICA die Geschichten von starken Frauenpersönlichkeiten fort. Nach „Lilith“ auf dem Vorgänger geht es dieses Mal um die Frau Alexanders des Großen von Mazedonien. In „To The Fallen Roma“ zollt Tamara Amedov den in Auschwitz umgekommenen Sinti und Roma ihren Tribut und ihre mazedonischen Verwandten sorgen mit folkloristischen Gesängen für das gewisse Etwas. Auf „Rise From The Ashes“ kehrt Michael Liewald von Winterstorm, der auch auf „Force Of Luna“ dabei war, zu einem weiteren Duett mit Tamara zurück. Die Sängerin erläutert die neuen Einflüsse wie folgt: «Da ich zur Hälfte Mazedonierin bin und mich derzeit viel mit Genealogie beschäftige, wollte ich unseren Songs diesen besonderen Balkan-Sound hinzufügen. Ich bin stolz auf meine südeuropäische Herkunft und möchte diese besondere Art von Musik in zukünftige Songs einfließen lassen. Dies ist auch eine unserer VISIONATICA Trademarks.»

Today Frontiers Music Srl release the first VISIONATICA single “The Pharaoh” along with the brand-new music video from the upcoming Symphonic Metal album “Enigma Fire”

We are pleased to announce together with Frontiers Music Srl the release of VISIONATICA’s sophomore album, “Enigma Fire” on July 12, 2019. Today, the band has released the first single and video from the album, “The Pharaoh”. The song deals with the secrets of ancient astronauts in relation to old Egyptian relics as well as the mystery about the origin of life. The band around Tamara Amedov, guitarist Manuel Buhl, bassist Tim Zahn and drummer Gerhard Spanner shot the exciting staged new video clip with the team consisting of Johannes Zenk, Sebastian Herbst and Dominik Lang (Equilibrium, Nothgard), who were already involved in the successful videos for “She Wolf” and “Certainty Of Benevolence”. The action-packed story is about a mystical ancient Egyptian artifact, which mentally influences a scientist and encourages him to steal. Led by their singing wolf Tamara Amedov, VISIONATICA entered the first league of Symphonic Metal in 2016. With her fantastic, crystal clear soprano vocals combined with the powerful grooves, melodic guitars and impressive orchestra elements of her companions, this musical pack raised a lot of dust in the scene with their debut “Force Of Luna” and celebrated first successes. With the second album they leave nothing to chance and Tamara Amedov and her band continue their clear musical vision purposefully. Together with their experienced team consisting of Timon Seidl, who did the recordings in the Red Audio Studio, and Olaf Reitmeier (Avantasia, Kamelot, Oversense) of the Gate Studio, who was again responsible for mixing and mastering, the new album proves that VISIONATICA are not simply resting on their laurels. Front lady Tamara gives her impressions about the creation process of “Enigma Fire”: «We had a clear goal in mind and wanted to breathe life into the new album. It has more fire and the oriental Balkan influences also spice it up. All of us in the band have learned a lot since our debut and developed our musical skills considerably. The new album is epic and dark!»

On “Enigma Fire”, in addition to the music being more ambitious in scope, the lyrics have a different focus than they had on the debut. With “Roxana The Great”, VISIONATICA continue with stories of strong female characters. After “Lilith” on the previous album, this song tells the story of the wife of Alexander the Great of Macedonia. In “To The Fallen Roma” Tamara Amedov pays tribute to the Sinti and Roma who died in Auschwitz and her Macedonian relatives provide that certain something with folkloric chants. On “Rise From The Ashes”, Michael Liewald from Winterstorm, who also appeared on “Force Of Luna”, returns for another duet with Tamara. The vocalist clarifies the new influences as follows: «As I am half Macedonian and I am currently engaged in genealogy, I wanted to add this special Balkan sound to our songs. I am proud of my southern origin and want to integrate this special kind of music into future songs. This is also one of our VISIONATICA trademarks.»

VISIONATICA formed in 2013 and started to realize their idea of a Symphonic Metal band.
