DEAD LUCKY: Südafrikas wahnsinnige Heavy Rock ’n’ Roll Meute setzen mit „Sons Of Lazarus“ die Segel nach Europa!

Am 13.03.2015 bringen die Kapstädter DEAD LUCKY mit „Sons Of Lazarus“, ihren brachial donnernden Heavy Rock ’n’ Roll nach Europa. Das Album erscheint über Dr. Music Records und zeigt mit mächtig Zündstoff unmissverständlich, dass Südafrika ein sehr guter Nährboden für überzeugenden, rauen Heavy Rock mit eigener Identität ist.

DEAD LUCKY können in ihrer relativ kurzen Bandhistorie schon eine beeindruckende Reihe an Auftritten auf den bekanntesten Festivals Südafrikas wie dem Synergy Live, RAMfest oder dem legendären Oppikoppi vorweisen. Hier heizten sie bekannten Bands wie Bring Me The Horizon, Rise Against, Wolfmother, Rival Sons, Trivium oder auch Killswitch Engage gehörig ein und begleiteten Billy Talent als Tour-Support durch die Arenen Südafrikas.

Mit „Sons Of Lazarus“ wollen DEAD LUCKY jetzt endlich den Rest der Welt zu erobern. Produziert wurde das Album von Brendyn Rossouw und Theo Crous (u.a. Prime Circle, Parlotones, Karen Zoid) in den Heritage Sound sowie Bellville Studios und von Reuben Cohen (u.a. Rob Zombie, Incubus, Bruno Mars) bei Lurssen Mastering in Los Angeles gemastert. Bei ihren zwölf abwechslungsreichen und kraftvollen Songs setzen DEAD LUCKY auf herbe Gitarrensounds mit gradlinigen, einprägsamen Riffs sowie schnelle Drumbeats und die derbe eigenständige Röhre von Frontman Kyle Lucky. Von der authentischen Strassen-Rock Attitüde der Südafrikaner kann man sich jetzt schon überzeugen. In ihrem vorab veröffentlichten Musikvideo zum Song „Prowler“, lassen DEAD LUCKY ihrer Energie freien Lauf und geben einem voll auf die Zwölf. On 13th March 2015 DEAD LUCKY from Cape Town set off to bring “Sons Of Lazarus“, their brute thundering Heavy Rock ’n’ Roll to Europe. The album will be released through Dr. Music Records and shows unapologetic and with powerful dynamite that South Africa is founded on nutritious soil for convincing, rough Heavy Rock with it’s own identity.

Within their short band history DEAD LUCKY are able to show off an impressive amount of live gigs which they had at the most famous South African festivals such as Synergy Live, RAMfest or the legendary Oppikoppi. Here they fired up for bands like Bring Me The Horizon, Rise Against, Wolfmother, Rival Sons, Trivium as well as Killswitch Engage and and hit the road with Billy Talent as their tour support through South Africa’s arenas.
