VISIONATICA: Die Symphonic Metal Band zollt mit ihrem neuen Musikvideo „To The Fallen Roma“ den in Auschwitz ermordeten Sinti und Roma ihren Tribut
Die Nürnberger Female Fronted Symphonic Metal Band VISIONATICA meldet sich mit ihrem vierten Musikvideo zurück und nimmt sich einem ernsten Stück der deutschen Geschichte an. In „To The Fallen Roma“ aus dem aktuellen Album „Enigma Fire“ zollt Sängerin Tamara Amedov den in Auschwitz umgekommenen Sinti und Roma ihren Tribut, auch um Vorurteilen gegenüber dieser beiden Ethnien entgegenzutreten. Unterstützung erhalten VISIONATICA hierbei von Tamaras mazedonischen Verwandten, die dem Song mit folkloristischen Gesängen das gewisse Etwas verleihen. Das erneut in Zusammenarbeit mit Andy Pilkington von Very Metal Art (Orden Ogan, Saxon, Nevaria) produzierte Musikvideo, das von einer intensiven von Grasser Production gefilmten Bandperformance untermalt ist, illustriert das ernste Thema des Songs mit eindringlichen und nachdenklich stimmenden Bildern aus den Konzentrationslagern: https://youtu.be/SamasQEInsg
Tamara Amedov erklärt mit folgendem Statement ihre Beweggründe für dieses ungewöhnlich ernste Musikvideo: «„To The Fallen Roma“ ist mit tief empfundenem Mitgefühl und aus ganzem Herzen den in Auschwitz umgekommenen Sinti und Roma gewidmet. Mit diesem Song möchten wir helfen mit falschen Vorurteilen aufzuräumen und unseren Beitrag zur Völkerverständigung beitragen. Es waren Menschen, die unmenschlich behandelt wurden und das nur aufgrund ihrer ethnischen Herkunft. Ich möchte hiermit einfach einen kleinen Beitrag dazu leisten, dieses verfälschte Bild zu beseitigen.»

VISIONATICA: The Symphonic Metal band pays tribute to the Sinti and Roma murdered in Auschwitz with their new musicvideo “To The Fallen Roma”
The German Female Fronted Symphonic Metal band VISIONATICA is back with their fourth music video and concerns itself with a serious part of German history. In “To The Fallen Roma” from the current album “Enigma Fire” vocalist Tamara Amedov pays tribute to the Sinti and Roma who died in Auschwitz, also to counteract prejudices against these two ethnic groups. VISIONATICA are supported by Tamara’s Macedonian relatives, who provide the song that certain something with folkloric chants. Tamara Amedov explains her reasons for this unusually serious music video with the following statement: «“To The Fallen Roma” is dedicated with deep compassion and from the bottom of my heart to the Sinti and Roma who died in Auschwitz. With this song we want to help to clear up false prejudices and contribute to international understanding. They were humans who were treated inhumanely and only because of their ethnic origin. I would just like to make a small contribution to redress this distorted picture.»
