Die österreichischen Metalcore Senkrechtstarter SORTOUT veröffentlichen heute, am 24.04.2020 ihre neue Single „Sever The Serpent’s Tongue“. Kurz vor Beginn der weltweiten Corona-Einschränkungen konnten sie bei ihrer ausverkauften wie fulminanten Release-Show im Dornbirner Club Conrad Sohm vor mehr als 400 begeisterten Zuschauern eine schweißtreibende und energiegeladene brettharte Metal Messe zelebrieren. Während dieser Show entstanden die imposanten Aufnahmen von Markus Gmeiner und Karin Faltejsek von den Matak Studios zum Musikvideo des Songs. Die dritte Auskopplung aus dem über Dr. Music Records im Februar veröffentlichten und von Daniel Thabet in den New Yorker Liquid Studios gekonnt produzierten und von Grammy Gewinner Alan Douches (Dillinger Escape Plan, Every Time I Die, Mastodon, Baroness) perfekt gemasterten Erfolgsalbum „Conquer From Within“, handelt von Heuchlern, die sich eine glaubwürdige Maske der Täuschung aufsetzen und einen Charakter darstellen, der nicht dem realen Selbst entspricht. SORTOUT bereichern seit über zehn Jahren die Metalcore Szene und veröffentlichten bisher die EP „Shadow Slave“ sowie 2016 das Debütalbum „Burden Of Memories“. Viele intensive Konzerte ließen sowohl ihre Fanschar als auch die Erfahrung wachsen. Im Anschluss an die Veröffentlichung des Debüts folgte eine große Europatour bei der SORTOUT von der Dorfkneipe bis hin zu Gigs mit internationalen Metal Größen wie Bullet For My Valentine, Amon Amarth, Trivium, Machine Head oder Caliban spielten. Nach einigen Besetzungswechseln besteht die Band heute aus Sänger und Gründungsmitglied Benjamin Herter, den beiden Gitarristen Michael Geuze und Aaron Schedler sowie Tieftöner Günter Meusburger wie auch Schlagzeuger André Hammerer. The up and coming Austrian Metalcore band SORTOUT release their new single “Sever The Serpent’s Tongue” today on April 24th, 2020. Shortly before the beginning of the worldwide Corona restrictions, they celebrated a sweaty and energetic hard-hitting Metal mass at their sold out as well as brilliant release show at Dornbirn’s club Conrad Sohm in front of more than 400 enthusiastic fans.
