„Highly Sensitive“: Ein belebender Akustikroman von SAG7 & CHRIS NOVI

Bei dem Werk „Highly Sensitive“ von SAG7 & CHRIS NOVI handelt es sich um eine Innovation auf dem weltweiten Buch- und Musikmarkt. Der multimediale Akustikroman ist das Debüt des hochsensiblen Ausnahmekünstlers aus Österreich. Gemischt wurde das Pop/Rock Album von Martin Scheer und Georg Dum. Den letzten Feinschliff übernahm Mastering-Legende Ron Boustead, der bereits für die Rolling Stones, The Eagles, Madonna und andere Mega-Stars arbeitete. Musikalisch begleitet wird CHRIS NOVI u.a. von Monika Ballwein, Lukas Hillebrand, Chrissi Klug, Natascha Kampusch, Jojo Lackner, Nadja Plattner und Alex Pohn.

Gemeinsam sind insgesamt 14 Pop/Rock Songs entstanden, die die anspruchsvolle und ungewöhnliche Materie Hochsensibilität gekonnt wie auch unterhaltsam transportieren. Hervorzuheben sind Songs wie „Forget You“, mit Natascha Kampuschs eindringlichem Spoken Word Part in dem Zorn, Hass und Mut thematisiert werden und zu dem bereits ein interessantes Musikvideo veröffentlicht wurde. Das Duett „The Wall“ wiederum fesselt durch die bezaubernde Sopranstimme Nadja Plattners und auch Monika Ballweins sphärischer Beitrag in „Human Silence“, in dem es um Habsucht und Zielklarheit geht, spricht mit seinem Videoclip Bilder. Doch auch ohne zusätzliche Begleitung überzeugt Autor und Sänger CHRIS NOVI mit seinen gefühlvollen Songs wie dem Opener „My Baby Michelle“, der melancholischen Pop/Rock Ballade „Feelings“ oder dem feinen Rock Titel „Sue“. Zu „Genius Failure“ haben SAG7 und ihr Team ein äußerst ungewöhnliches Musikvideo mit Kabarettist Herbert Haider (Ö3-Comedy-Hirten) und Wendy Night als Hauptdarsteller produziert und Jesus Christus mit einem humoristischen Augenzwinkern in die Gegenwartsgeschichte katapultiert, in dem sie die Frage stellen, wie es dem Heiland heutzutage wohl ergehen würde. Musikalisch bewegt sich CHRIS NOVI mit seinen abwechslungsreichen Liedern in der Tradition von großartigen Rock & Pop Musikern wie Don Henley, Richard Marx, Soul Asylum oder auch The Wallflowers, um nur einige zu nennen. Die Kombination aus Belletristik und einem bärenstarken Rock Album ist sicher einmalig und bietet die Möglichkeit, sich mit themenbezogenen Songs im Hintergrund aufs Sofa zu legen und mit „Highly Sensitive“ auseinander zu setzen. Altogether 14 Pop/Rock songs were created, which convey the challenging and unusual topic in a professional, but also entertaining way. To be emphasized are songs like “Forget You” with Natascha Kampusch’s intensive Spoken Word part, which focuses on rage, hate and courage and for which there has already been released an interesting music video. The duet “The Wall” enchants the listener with the magnificent soprano of Nadja Plattner and Monika Ballwein’s spherical contribution in “Human Silence”, which focuses on greed and having a clear goal, speaks images with its video clip. But author and singer CHRIS NOVI knows how to impress even without accompaniment, with emotional songs like the opener “My Baby Michelle”, the melancholic Pop/Rock ballad “Feelings” or the fine Rock title “Sue”. Together with Ö3 comedy star Herbert Haider and Wendy Night as the main protagonists, SAG7 and their team produced an uncommon music video for “Genius Failure“ which shows in a humorous way how Jesus is warped into our modern times and which experiences the saviour would make nowadays. Musically CHRIS NOVI moves with his varied songs in the tradition of great Rock & Pop musicians like Don Henley, Richard Marx, Soul Asylum or The Wallflowers, just to name a few. The combination of fiction and a powerful Rock album is definitely unique and provides the opportunity to lie on a sofa, the topic-based songs playing in the background, and to deal with “Highly Sensitive”.
