Unter dem früheren Namen A-Rise hagelte es für die Kölner Band positive Reviews seitens der Presse. Nach der Neu-Formierung veröffentlichen SIC ZONE zu Halloween ihr Debüt-Album „Bear the Consequences“ in blutrotem Jewelcase und als Download über Dr. Music Records.

Brutal und unterhaltsam zelebrieren SIC ZONE ihre Songs, musikalisch inspiriert von Bands wie Machine Head, Pantera und Sepultura, und überzeugen mit einer aggressiven und extremen Umsetzung, ohne den Anspruch zu verlieren. Die verschiedenen Stile aus Death, Thrash, Hardcore- und Progressive sorgen für Abwechslung und erzeugen eine insgesamt nervenaufreibende Atmosphäre, der sich kaum einer entziehen kann. Vocalist PY grunzt und kreischt dem Zuhörer seine Message derart engagiert um die Ohren, dass so manch jungfräulicher Live-Besucher wie gebannt auf seinem Fleck erstarrt und schon mal vergisst, dass er sich eigentlich auf den Weg zur Bar machen wollte. Das Rock Hard Magazin bezeichnete das Demo bereits als eine kreative und absolut geile Portion geballten Hasses, die ordentlich Bock in den Ohren macht und nichts als Gift und Galle ins Gesicht spuckt!

Insgesamt spricht das Album „Bear The Consequences“ mit seinen elf Titeln jeden Fan extremen Metals an und bietet neben allerlei progressiven Elementen auch genug Raum für aggressives Propeller-Headbanging! Under their previous name A-Rise the band received a lot of positive press reviews. After introducing their new formation as SIC ZONE, the band is now scheduled to release their debut album “Bear The Consequences” with a blood-red jewel case or as download via Dr. Music Records on Halloween.

Musically inspired by bands such as Machine Head, Pantera and Sepultura, SIC ZONE celebrate their songs with brutality and a high entertainment factor and convince their audience with an aggressive and extreme approach on a high artistic level. The different styles from Death, Thrash, Hardcore and Progressive make for a diverse experience and create a nerve-wrecking atmosphere hardly anyone can withdraw from. Vocalist PY is so committed with his grunts and screams that some new live visitors remain frozen at their spot as they are instantly drawn to the band’s scenario. German Rock Hard magazine mentioned the demo as a creative and totally wicked portion of pure hate that makes for a good mood in your ears and spits nothing but poison and hate into your face.
